The Civitan PR Department offers clubs a wide range of excellent materials to help publicize themselves, their projects, and the mission of Civitan International.

Radio and Television Public Service Announcements (PSAs)
Civitan has a full range of professionally produced PSAs, which you can have aired on your local TV or radio station. Contact the PR Department at pr@civitan.org to order some for your hometown, or click here to find out more.
Press Releases
The PR Department has produced a set of template press releases, which you can download and customize with your club and event information. These can be faxed to your local news media before an event to get free news coverage. Click here to download them for free!
Billboard Advertisements
Is an outdoor advertising company willing to donate billboard space to advertise Civitan in your area? Great! International has a range of pre-designed billboards to advertise Civitan in your area, and can add a byline listing your club or district. If you set up the donation, the cost to your club is usually just a $10 processing fee (billed by International). Greater costs may be incurred for multiple billboards, but we will ALWAYS work with you to get as much advertising for Civitan in your area as possible.
All you have to do is secure space with your local outdoor advertising company, many of whom will donate space. Then contact the PR Department, and we will work with them to handle the rest - production, printing, billing, etc. We can print all major types of billboards, in all standard sizes. Free Civitan Magazine Subscriptions
Available to businesses in the US and Canada with waiting rooms (i.e. doctors, hairdressers, tire centers). Just contact the PR Department to order one for your local business!
